Pricing and Fees

Price Display

All prices for tickets, services, or products listed on the Tathkarti platform are set by the Service Providers and are displayed in [SAR or your preferred currency], inclusive of applicable VAT or taxes unless otherwise stated.

 Platform Fees

Tathkarti may charge service fees, processing fees, or platform commissions in connection with each booking, purchase, or transaction. These fees will be clearly disclosed to the User before confirming the purchase. All such fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

 Payment Processing Fees

Transactions made through credit/debit cards or other online payment methods may be subject to additional payment gateway or bank processing fees. These will be indicated at checkout and are the User’s responsibility.

Currency Conversion

If a User purchases from outside the local currency region, their financial institution may apply currency conversion charges. Tathkarti is not responsible for these external charges.

 Price Changes

Tathkarti and/or the Service Provider reserve the right to change prices at any time before the User completes the booking. Once a booking is confirmed, the price is final and will not change.

 Discounts & Promo Codes

Tathkarti may offer promotional codes or discounts at its sole discretion. These may be time-limited, user-specific, or event-specific. Misuse of discount codes may result in cancellation of orders or account suspension.

 Invoices & Receipts

Users will receive an electronic receipt or invoice for each transaction via the Platform. For any issues, the User may contact customer support for assistance.

 Refunds

Unless explicitly stated for a specific product or event, all purchases are final and non-refundable. If a refund is applicable, it will be processed to the original payment method, minus any non-refundable fees (platform, payment, or bank fees).
